On this mountaineering expedition to Chimborazo, you will have the opportunity to focus on proper acclimatization to reach the summit. The main goal of this expedition is to prepare your body and practice your skills in technical terrain and aclimatize in  Paso Ochoa and Rucu Pichincha to be ready to Chimborazo Summit Attempt. 

 

The Chimborazo volcano is the closest point on Earth to the sun and the largest volcano in Ecuador, with an altitude of 6,263 masl / 20,548 ft.  

 

To prepare for this extraordinary adventure, you should allow 7 to 10 days in your calendar, depending on your physical condition and the time available to climb this majestic peak. Your investment in this preparation will undoubtedly contribute to a more fulfilling and successful expedition to the summit attempt of Chimborazo.
